Taught by
Kaare Troelsen- Vijay Shyam studied meditation intensely for 5 years with a yogic master in the Indian Himalayas. IMI certified.

Arriving 29.12 evening- leaving 3.1 midday.

Teaching 30.12 – 2.1, daily 10-17

31.12, New Years dinner and purifying fire ritual with chanting the ancient Gayatri Mantra.


29.12 First arrival. If you join us for dinner that day add 50 kr to your fee.
3.1. Last leaving. If you stay for breakfast that day add 50 kr to your fee.

30.12 – 2.1. Daily teachings 10-17. 

There will be a daily plan designed as a step by step lead into understanding and clarity, but also the possibility to change things according to the flow of the group.

The teachings include dialogue, meditations techniques, some body work, silent walking, pranayam, mantra work and philosophy. 

We will function like a small comune and all help each other with cooking, doing dishes etc.

Accomodation: The retreat takes place in a private home, not a retreat centre, but we have lots of space, most participant with have their own room. You need to bring your own sheets and bedding.

Price 2200 kr including vegetarian food and accomodation. Pay full fee to book.

Cancelation & Refund: Full refund by sms cancelation on 50481936 up to 21.12,  50% refund by cancelling after that date.
