MODULES1. Tools/ Methods: 3 guided sessions teaching meditation using breathwork, sensory awareness, body grounding.2. How to establish the power to observe in peace: 3 sessions of guided meditations watching breath, body, senses, thought, emotions and silence.3. Observing mind-body in motion. 3 guided meditation sessions with a deep focus on personal specific issues that trouble you, i.e. overpowering states, thoughts, patterns, habits, fears, impulses to action

4. One conclusion session.
